Passing the Catalog Gate and Accepting Confidential Terms
Invited buyers can enter the agency’s private catalog at `/access`, verify their one-time code (`/access/verify`), and accept the agency’s non-disclosure and confidentiality agreement at `/private_terms`.
- Code-verified catalog entry gate (`/access` and `/access/verify`).
- Mandatory confidentiality agreement acceptance (`/private_terms`) before browsing.
- Dedicated private catalog (`/private_listings`) with online offer submission (`/private_listings/:id/offers`).
Submitting Formal Offers on Private Listings
From `/private_listings/:id`, authenticated buyers can submit a confidential purchase offer (`create_offer`) directly to the listing brokerage.
