Issuing VIP Buyer Invitations for Off-Market Listings
Open Company > Buyer Invitations (`/companies/:company_id/buyer_invitations`) and click New Invitation. Select the investor or buyer, choose which private listings (`BuyerInvitationListing`) to include, and send the invitation.
- Curate specific off-market properties per invited buyer.
- Audit buyer access events and engagement in `/companies/:company_id/buyer_invitations/report`.
- Revoke any invitation immediately (`/buyer_invitations/:id/revocation`).
Tracking Investor Engagement
Every time an invited buyer accesses the private catalog (`BuyerAccessEvent`), the engagement report logs the timestamp and viewed listings.
