Terms of Service

By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or accessing WebProp CRM, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and authorized to bind your agency or business entity to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.

WebProp provides a specialized Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform for real estate brokers, agencies, and developers, encompassing:

• Real estate inventory and listing management.
• Contact CRM, pipeline tracking, and automated client workflows.
• Multi-portal listing syndication and lead aggregation.
• Performance analytics, document storage, and team permission controls.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify WebProp immediately upon becoming aware of any security breach or unauthorized access.

Each user license must be assigned to an individual user and may not be shared concurrently across multiple agents.

WebProp offers Basic, Professional, and Enterprise subscription tiers billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis in localized currencies (EUR, USD, CHF, UF, COP, MXN, PEN).

• Upgrades and Downgrades: Plan changes take effect immediately; billing adjustments are prorated automatically.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing cycle without refund for unused periods.
• Taxes: Subscription fees exclude applicable VAT, sales tax, or withholding taxes unless explicitly indicated.

You agree to use WebProp strictly in compliance with applicable laws and industry standards. You may not:

• Upload fraudulent, misleading, or unauthorized property listings.
• Violate local real estate fair-housing or consumer protection regulations.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt WebProp infrastructure.
• Send unsolicited spam or bulk marketing messages through our messaging integrations.

You retain 100% ownership of all property photographs, floorplans, descriptions, and client records uploaded to WebProp.

You grant WebProp a worldwide, non-exclusive license solely to host, display, adapt, and transmit your listing data to facilitate your CRM operations and third-party portal syndication.

While WebProp automates syndication to third-party portals (such as Immobilienscout24, Homegate, Idealista, and others), we do not control third-party acceptance policies, indexing delays, or technical outages on those portals.

You remain solely responsible for maintaining valid commercial agreements and credentials with destination portals where required.

WebProp strives to maintain 99.9% application uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance windows notified in advance.

Technical support is available via in-app ticketing and email according to your plan level, with priority routing provided to Professional and Enterprise subscribers.

WebProp is provided on an 'as-is' and 'as-available' basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebProp disclaims all warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

In no event will WebProp be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages (including loss of real estate commissions or profits) arising from service usage.

We may suspend or terminate your account upon material breach of these Terms. These Terms are governed by applicable law according to the contracting entity jurisdiction.
