When you create a new agency, the portal dashboard displays an interactive onboarding checklist. It guides you through uploading your logo, configuring company contact details, adding your first property listing, and previewing your public storefront.

- Can be dismissed once your team is up and running.
Dismissing the Checklist
Once you have completed the initial setup, click Dismiss Checklist (`/companies/:id/dismiss_checklist`) to hide the banner and give more screen space to your daily metrics.
