Signing In with Email, Password, or Single Sign-On (SSO)

Accessing the Agency Portal
Every real estate agent and administrator signs in through the portal authentication screen (`/users/sign_in`). You can authenticate using a traditional email and password combination or use one-click Single Sign-On (SSO) via Google, Microsoft (Azure AD), or Facebook.
When you sign in with an external provider, WebProp automatically links that identity to your verified email address so you can switch between login methods seamlessly.
- Sign in with email and password or one-click OAuth providers.
- Link multiple social or corporate identities to a single user account.
- Request password recovery links and email confirmation from the login screen.
Account Protection and Lockout Recovery
To protect agency inventory and client records, WebProp monitors repeated failed login attempts. If an account is temporarily locked after consecutive invalid password entries, an automated unlock link is sent to your registered email address.
