Accessing Your Billing History and PDF Invoices
Every subscription charge generates an invoice record (`Invoice`) linked to your company. Visit `/companies/:company_id/billing` to review past billing cycles, payment statuses, and download official PDF invoices for your accounting team.
- Chronological list of all subscription charges and invoice numbers.
- Direct PDF invoice and payment receipt downloads.
- Configure your company `tax_id` in agency settings so it appears on future billing records.
Keeping Tax Information Up to Date
Make sure your company’s legal name, address, and tax ID (`tax_id`) are filled out in your company profile so every new invoice reflects your exact fiscal information.
