Document Content Inspection, Categories, and Visibility Controls
Understand how WebProp validates uploaded files, prevents unsafe attachments, and enforces agency isolation.
Automated Attachment Content Inspection
Every file uploaded to the agency vault or property records passes through WebPropโs `AttachmentContentInspection` pipeline. The system verifies file signatures, MIME types, and size limits to ensure only safe documents and images are stored.
- Automatic validation of PDF documents, contracts, and high-resolution images.
- Default private-by-design storage scoped strictly to your agency tenant.
- Explicit administrator and agent control over public vs. internal visibility.
Managing Document Lifecycle in the Vault
You can download (`download`), toggle external visibility (`toggle_visibility`), or permanently delete obsolete files (`destroy`) from `/companies/:company_id/documents`.
