Creating and Editing Property Listings in the Catalog
Add residential or commercial properties, configure pricing and deal terms, link owners, and plot map coordinates.
Property Types, Attributes, and Locations
Go to Company > Properties (`/companies/:company_id/properties`) and click New Property. Select the property category (Apartment, House, Commercial, Land, or Other), set the city/location, bedrooms, bathrooms, surface areas, and select amenities.
- Supports residential, commercial, land, and specialized real estate assets.
- Interactive map view (`/companies/:company_id/properties/map`) with geolocation markers.
- One-click listing duplication (`/properties/:id/duplicate`) for similar units.
Linking Owners, Tenants, and Deal Terms
Inside each property record, you can link current and past Owners or Tenants (`/property_clients`), designate a primary owner, assign a primary agent and co-agents, and store confidential deal terms.
