Connecting Real Estate Portals and Testing API Credentials
Configure national and international property portal integrations, test connections, and manage syndication health.
Setting Up a Portal Connection
Navigate to Company > Portal Connections (`/companies/:company_id/portal_connections`) or Integrations (`/companies/:company_id/integrations`). Select a supported real estate portal for your market and open its Setup screen (`/portal_connections/:id/setup`) to enter your account credentials or feed parameters.
- Run Test Connection (`test_connection`) to verify credentials before going live.
- Toggle any portal connection active or paused (`toggle_status`).
- Refresh syndication cache (`refresh_cache`) or reset circuit breakers (`reset_circuit`) if a portal experiences downtime.
Full-Catalog Synchronization
From the Integrations workbench, you can trigger a Sync All (`sync_all`) or Rewarm Cache (`rewarm_cache`) action to push updated property data across all active channels.
